About IBPS (bank exams)

IBPS runs recruitment for PO, Clerk, SO and RRB posts in public sector banks. Besides the photo and signature, IBPS forms usually ask for a left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration.

Tips so your handwritten declaration isn’t rejected

• Copy the declaration text exactly as given in the notification.
• Write it in your own handwriting in English, with black ink on plain white paper.
• Write in running hand, not CAPITAL letters.
• Turn on “Clean signature background” and use Fit so the whole text is visible.

How to resize a photo or signature for an online form

1. Pick your form from the list. The required size in pixels/cm and KB is filled in automatically. If your form isn’t listed, choose Custom size and type the numbers from the notification.
2. Upload your photo or scanned signature. A phone camera photo works fine.
3. Drag and zoom so your face (or signature) sits nicely in the frame.
4. Download. The tool compresses the image so it lands inside the allowed KB range, and sets the correct DPI.
